Rockestra: the aftermath

One word: asteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeg!!!

imagine, the best rock bands in the country playing hand in hand with an orchestra... then you have rockestra. asteg talaga. asteg asteg asteg! we arrived @ 830Pm thereby missing the perfomance of Cambio. too bad, i was hoping to hear and see how the collaboration went while performing DV. aggst. anyways, the whole night was a blast. im awed and amazed. Silent Sanctuary, Imago, Twisted Halo, Cambio, Sugarfree, Sandwich and the Manila Symphony Orchestra collaborated well... sweet. Leaping Lizards!!! The finale was great. all the bands performing together with MSO, singing "Tayo'y mga Pinoy, Tayo'y Hindi Kano, Huwag Kang Mahihiya... Kung Ang Ilong mo ay..."

Saludo talaga ako sa Original Pilipino Music (OPM)!!! Mabuhay ang mga musikerong Pinoy! Standing ovation. *clap clap* Kudos to those bands! Kudos to the organizers. Kudos to Chino of Silent Sanctuary, the brainchild of the event! sana meron pang next time.
