To Swim or Not to Swim
Not to swim. Why? Because I think people were not meant to swim. If we are not meant to fly like birds, we are not meant to swim like fishes. In philosophy, humans are the least specialized creatures, and that makes us special. we can do different things, and swimming won't make more or less of a human being. (gah! i just hate swimming, making this matter big). In the Old Testament times, i think they did not know how to swim.
1. Noah built an ark. People can't swim. Only those in the ark survived.
2. Moses split the Red Sea. Guess why? (because the Egyptians can't swim too)
The world will end before I learn how to swim, or be interested in it in the first place. that is why i hate outings with swimming. i don't like to go to swimming outings. i'd rather watch a movie, watch the sky, relax, rewind, and ride a boat. on one occasion, a friend pushed me in the pool. that's nothing, since the pool is shallow enough not to make me drown, and deep enough not to my body bang the pool's floor. revenge is a dish best served cold. hehe. i only like to go on swimming outings with my relatives and close friends :) but i still enjoy going to pools and beaches, just don't make me swim. because i will drown. :)
